Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging (if applicable) as of the date received within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges after 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact us first at [email protected] with the subject header “Return Request” and provide your name, address, and order number.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, a credit equal to the value of the returned item plus any applicable taxes associated with that item will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 to 6 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
All promotional and personalized items are considered final sale and, therefore, not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to maximize the chances of cancellation. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject header “Cancellation Request” and provide your name, address, and order number.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges can be processed under the following conditions:
Item is damaged
Incorrect item received
Item lost in transit
Item returned not due to buyer’s fault
If your item is damaged, please send images of the damaged item to [email protected] for our evaluation. Include your name, address, and order number in the email. Upon receiving your photos, we will inquire whether you prefer a refund or exchange and take appropriate action promptly, keeping you informed throughout the process.
If you received the wrong item, we apologize for any confusion and aim to ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible. Contact [email protected] with the product name, address, and order number. We will ask whether you would like an immediate replacement order sent or a refund for the order. In either case, we request that you return the received item to us. If you prefer, you can keep the item without taking any action.
For items lost in transit, please reach out to us through [email protected] if there are no updates. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and, upon official confirmation of the item’s loss, provide status updates via email. If there are no updates or carrier responses within an unreasonable timeframe, we may consider the item lost and send a new one to you. If the allegedly lost item reappears, kindly contact us and return the item in good faith.
** Understandably, for orders severely delayed due to carrier accidents or adverse weather conditions, we cannot issue a refund.
Items returned not due to buyer’s fault will be promptly resent to you in very rare cases. If an item is returned due to an invalid address, we will request a refund of the shipping cost from you: [email protected]. This also applies to items shipped for free. If you change your mind, we will refund you the cost of the item minus our shipping fees.
